The room was recently renovated and had a modern and comfortable feel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, setting up a cab as requested. The location was great and the cost was reasonable. I also appreciated the English broadcast on the TV. I highly recommend this hotel.

The parking place costs 15 EUR on top which is ok due to the lack of an alternative. But further +10 EUR for the dog I find relatively too much.

Loved staying in this hotel for my romantic escape! The rooms were modern and had stylish new bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers. The hotel was conveniently located near the famous shrine and the priests' chanting in the evening was a romantic touch. I enjoyed the buffet-style dinners and breakfasts, with plenty of delicious choices to choose from.

Room very dated. No facilities in room (minibar, kettle etc) although this seems standard in Europe.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better, as it is close to the sanctuary and within walking distance to the cathedral. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the male staff on the second floor who provided superb service. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a good bathroom and even a balcony. The breakfast included in the stay was delicious, with a wide variety of choices.
The only minor issue was the thin ceiling between the bar and the first floor bedrooms.
